Forward is the new way to receive healthcare

I worked with the team to evolve the brand and design the patient app.

Forward offers high-tech and streamlined treatment to patients, both in-office and on-demand from anywhere. Patients use the Forward app to stay in touch with their care team. The app needed to be a clear access point for all of their important health data and the stream of communication involved in their care.

The Forward brand was just beginning to take shape and the app provided a great opportunity to infuse brand personality.

I worked closely with their core team to design the navigation, flow and hierarchy of the app. I partnered with the engineering team as they implemented the updates and iterated quickly. The design system was built for rapid growth as Forward continues to expand quickly and will surely become a new standard in healthcare, embodying the kind of care we all deserve.
